Doug White brings more than 60 years experience in finance and manufacturing to the table. He leads the development of our four divisions and the expansion of Wellmaster into global marketplaces such as Germany, Japan and China. Key to this success has been Doug’s drive to make strategic investments in technology and innovation.

James brings 20 years of private and public-sector strategy and team management experience to his role as Vice President, Business development at Wellmaster. His responsibilities include leadership in business continuity and pandemic response, product development, equipment modernization, trade compliance, government relations, mergers and acquisitions, digital strategy and corporate social responsibility. In addition, James is leading Wellmaster’s new venture collaborations and entrance into the Canadian hydrogen sector.

After travelling the world, Jeff Hanson came to Wellmaster 24 years ago on a one month contract. He’s been here ever since. An integral part of our team, he has a hand in every stage of the production process from design to delivery, and thrives on being part of a dynamic company that’s constantly innovating.  

Over 30 years ago, Cam joined our team and has worked with us ever since. He helps drive the environmental and now the Waterwell side of our operation and loves nothing more than making our customers come back by providing competitive prices and excellent service. Cam is part of the family here at Wellmaster and can’t imagine working anywhere else.
